List missed anomalies and cooldowns for some anomalies

• Cooldown added for some anomalies
  • To balance gameplay and provide a more strategic experience, a cooldown has been implemented for both the black hole and dog anomalies. This will improve chances of making it through the night, especially for new players, while also enhancing the overall gameplay experience by reducing the appearance of the same anomalies.
• Spawn alerts inside TV overlay
  • Alerts have been adjusted to appear within the TV overlay, ensuring a cleaner look.
• Show missed anomalies
  • As requested by the community, the game over screen now displays a list of missed anomalies. I hope this feature will help players to find all anomalies.
