New CRT effect

I remove the last CRT effect because it made it difficult to see the anomalies. Added another shader now and am looking forward to your feedback. Just like before you can disable the effect in the settings menu.

• Added Old Camera effect (You can disable it in the settings)
• Fixed settings view (Initial values were not loaded properly)
• Pause and settings menu can now be closed by pressing ESC
• Added a small animation to start menu
